Channel Account Manager - Competitive CTC - Cape Town - Mobile / Cellular Call Centre industry
 

Role summary:
Company in Cape Town is growing fast and is looking for an additional Channel Account Manager to join the team. 
The successful incumbent will be an energetic and driven as well as a dynamic thinker, enthusiastic, professional and sales orientated and who will partner with & ensure the long-term success of the relationship between our service providers and the business.
The role includes sales, support, operational assistance, planning & continuation, training identification & implementation. 
This is a front facing role that provides exemplary levels of support telephonically, via email and in a face to face environment. 
A positive and can-do attitude is mandatory and a solution-focussed individual will thrive in this fast paced environment.
The role requires adhoc travelling nationally.

Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:
1. 2+ years of Channel Management or other relevant experience essential;
2. 2+ years of call centre experience in a more Senior position;
3. Microsoft Office efficiencies, specifically Excel (Level 2 or above) essential;
4. Proven track record in a sales environment;
5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
6. 3rd language skills – read and write, essential;
7. Strong data analysis experience, highly advantageous;
8. Experience in the mobile / cellular industry advantageous.

Competencies (Knowledge/skills):
1. Understanding and driving sales within a call centre environment;
2. Strong understanding of commercial modelling;
3. Leadership;
4. Excellent listening and presentation skills;
5. Display the initiative to quickly identify and resolve matters;
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time;
7. Attention to detail;
8. Ability to work quickly and accurately on an independent basis;
9. Superior time management skills;
10. Problem solving skills;
11. People skills;
12. Data analysis and reporting;
13. Planning and implementation;
14. Self-motivated;
15. Results /deadline driven;
16. Teamwork.
