Description

Brief Description of the Job:

  • The main functions will be processing of orders and shipping documents and dealing with Freight Forwarders on a regular basis.
  • Answering customer calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Dealing with Client companies on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining the filing system.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure improved customer service levels.
  • Manage manual back order lists on Excel.
  • Feedback to customers and clients on a regular basis will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders following the correct procedures.
  • Meeting department KPI’s monthly.
  • Issuing shipping documents for all shipments on export documentation package.
  • Handle customer queries timeously and efficiently.
  • Answering customer calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Dealing with Client companies on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining the filing system.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure improved customer service levels.
  • Manage manual back order lists.
  • Issuing Letter of credit documents.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Export procedures and documentation.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in issuing of commercial invoices, packing list, preforms and certificates or origin is a requirement.
  • Knowledge and experience of any document package.
