Job Description:

Administrator: Quality Assurance and Services

Location: Pretoria

Salary: R240 000 p.a.

 

Our client in the long term insurance industry is looking for an Administrator in Quality Assurance and Services to assist the senior manager with quality assurance plan and processes.

 

Description:

Assist with Quality assurance management plan and process (TCF) 

·         Assist with administration of the company quality assurance management plan

·         Assist in Analysing information

·         Assist in identifying trends

·         Follow up on outstanding aspects

Assist with Quality control reviews (TCF) 

·         Obtain identified information as provided by the manager

·         Obtain relevant application forms, dispute letters and compile report to compare signatures, addresses and beneficiaries

·         Capture information on shared folder

General administration functions

·         Answer investment dedicated telephone line in absence of manager

·         Any other administrative functions requested by the manager

 

Requirements:

·         Matric

·         RE5

·         2 years administration experience 

·         2 years life insurance experience 

·         DOFA (Date of 1st appointment in the insurance industry) – All applications must be accompanied by your DOFA report from the FSB
